To unlock phones, in cases where the customer has lost or forgotten the lock/security code, the only solution is to reinstall (flash) the device software in Nokia Care Points.
Note that after flashing all the personal data (contacts, calendar data, etc.) in the phone may be deleted.

If you have forgotten or you have lost the lock code, try first the default lock code 12345.
