How I can transfer my music files to my Lumia windows 7

You need to have the appropriate software and the Zune PC app installed on your PC.  You may need to restart your computer, and you may need to install additional software.
Depending on what you need to install, and how much data you are transferring, this may take a while.
Some music files can be protected by digital rights management (DRM). These songs do not appear in your Zune music collection and you can't sync them on your Lumia.

What I do if my Nokia device is lost or stolen?

Contact your operator:

v  To block your SIM card.

v  To block your Nokia device (IMEI code) to prevent it being used in the operator networks with any other SIM cards. All operators provide this service (blocking device).

v  To minimize the risks caused by the theft or loss of the device, there are some security features which you can enable in your device:

v  If your Nokia device supports phone auto lock or security key guard and you have turned it on, the phone cannot be accessed without entering a correct lock code. When enabling the auto lock feature, it is important that you change the default lock or security code (12345) to your own lock code and don't forget this code.

v  Some Nokia devices support also remote locking. If you have enabled this feature, you can send a pre-defined text message to your device and lock it remotely. The device is locked if it is switched on and has your SIM card in it.

What I can do if my nokia phone shows memory is low.

The phone notifies you if the phone memory is getting low. To free phone memory you have the following these steps:
v  Move data that you want to keep to an alternative memory (mass memory or memory card, if available) or to a compatible computer.
v  Remove data you no longer need.
Use File Manager or the respective application in your phone to remove data or to move data to alternative memory as described in the user guide. Typically you first mark files to be removed or moved and then you select the corresponding option (Delete or Move to folder).
Use Nokia Suite to move data to a compatible computer.
To maximize free spaces to your phone memory, you can remove or move the following:
v  Messages from Inbox, Drafts and Sent folders in Messaging
v  Retrieved e-mail messages from the phone memory
v  Saved Web pages. Clear the web browser cache to free some phone memory (e.g. select Options > Clear privacy data > Cache).
v  Saved images, videos, or sound files (in Gallery, Photos, Videos or Music player)
v  Contact information (in Contacts)
v  Calendar notes (in Calendar)
v  Downloaded application packages
v  If there are applications which are not needed any more, uninstall them with Application Manager
v  Any other data that you no longer need
If you are deleting multiple items and any of the following notes are shown: Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first or Memory low. Delete some data, try deleting items one by one (starting from the smallest item). After deleting data, restart (power off/on) your phone.
